Mid-length skirt in abysmal blue cotton khadi. Khadi is a fabric spun and woven by hand in Indian villages. Once considered the fabric of the poor because of its rural origins and irregular, coarse texture, today khadi is becoming more diverse, refined and supple. Its rarity, the irregularity of its weave and the beauty of its craftsmanship make it an exceptional fabric from which we have made this light, yet fully lined skirt, perfect for a lovely summer. An elasticated waistband in the back supports the gathered skirt. It fastens all the way up with fabric-covered buttons and has raglan pockets.
