The day after the confinement, we decided to expand our collection " Chers Parisiens " by inviting Marcel Proust. 
The author of "À la recherche du temps perdu" is the worthy representative of our relationship with time, this suspended time, so close, so far away, like the few weeks we have just lived.
A time also when we celebrate the nostalgia of those little moments of sharing and eternal delicacies, like the smell and sweetness of a madeleine.
