How to measure your foot

Follow these easy steps to find the perfect size for you. For the best fit, we recommend measuring your feet wearing the socks you run in.

  1. Stand on a piece of paper lengthwise. While in a standing position, mark horizontal lines where the tip of your longest toe lands as well as where the end of your heel is.

  2. Measure the heel-to-toe distance to find your foot length.
