The Tarbert Argyle Crew Neck is crafted in undyed soft 100% wool in tonal, natural shades. The iconic Scottish Argyle design (originally derived from the tartan of Clan Campbell of Argyll) is produced in one of Scotland's best knitwear factories to the highest standards. Shorn from Andean sheep who spend their life at high altitude - at this height the sheep develop a thicker fleece as a defence from the cold which makes the wool fibre a finer micron, making it softer to touch. The wool is undyed and blended from naturally different coloured sheep to give a range of shades.
