The Roman counterpart of the Greek God Uranus, Caelus is the deity of the sky. As Lord of the Heavens, his consort was Terra, the Earth. The two represent perfect balance between the terrestrial and the aetherial. He has been called the God of Nocturnal Thunder, representing great power that comes from a space of deep unknown. Like the green planet which is named after his person, the Caelus Ring is a pure green orb.
