Café Kitsuné collection at kapok

It's the first time they sell the collection outside their own stores!

The Café Kitsuné Collection

Five years after its creation, Café Kitsuné launched its first collection of tableware, ready-to-wear and accessories.

For tableware, white ceramic crockery (cups, saucers, mugs) and tumblers make up a simple and refined collection. For the ready-to-wear and accessories, sweatshirts, t-shirts, caps, a tote bag - all proudly display the Café Kitsuné Paris logo.

A BIT OF HISTORY

Maison Kitsuné was created in Paris in 2002 by Gildas Loaëc, a music producer, and Masaya Kuroki, a budding architect. In Japan, Loaëc and Kuroki developed the idea for Maison Kitsuné: a one-of-a-kind brand that fuses their love for French and Japanese styles, and two stylistically intertwined interests, music and fashion. In 2013, a new element was added to Maison Kitsuné’s repertoire, extending the lifestyle brand’s range : Café Kitsuné. In the sixteen years following its creation, the multifacted, Paris-meets-Tokyo brand has consistently increased its international influence, spreading its unique, inspirational Art de Vivre through Maison Kitsuné – the clothing brand, Kitsuné – the music label and Café Kitsuné – the coffeeshop.

CAFÉ KITSUNÉ

Café Kitsuné pays tribute to the pleasure of enjoying a quality coffee in locations that are both modern, cosmopolitan and welcoming.

TOKYO

It was in February 2013 in Tokyo, not far from Omotesando in the Aoyama district that Gildas Loaëc and Masaya Kuroki, co-founders and creative directors, opened the very first Café Kitsuné. An alley lined with bamboo and covered with stones in an irregular checkerboard started welcoming customers. The space, conceived on the traditional local scale, is imbued with a calm and enveloping ambiance, where proximity and conviviality are key words.

PARIS

Tucked away in the gardens of the Palais Royal is the first Café Kitsuné in Paris, which opened its doors in 2014. This intimate venue enjoys an exceptional location, privileged by the beauty of the gardens and galleries that surround it. With the arrival of spring, the terrace at the Café Kitsuné Paris is the ideal place to sit back and relax in the sun.
