You Speak, We Listen

Thank you for all the feedbacks for our new website, we are really excited and grateful to have received so many positive feedbacks! We also want you to know that kapok cares about your feedbacks and shopping experience, so we have gathered some commonly mentioned suggestions and here is our answers and next steps based on your feedbacks!


Would kapok consider adding a Chinese language function?

- We are working on multiple languages so stay tuned!

I can't see the results when i click on "all the brands" on the menu.

- We are well aware of this issue and we have added this as a priority for the next round of website update

Some sections are slightly unorganized like the accessories section

- We will add in new categories and sections once we have more products in, especially in the jewellery section

It is difficult to search for different brands in the website


- The search function has been fixed and should now come up with more accurate results. Also the search is supported by AI, so the accuracy will continue to improve as well. In the meantime, we suggest when searching for specific brand, it is best to click on the brand name in "collection" as shown above for best results

Other than recommending products that are similar as what customer is currently browsing, the website can suggest other items to complete the look.

- We currently have "complete the look" when you click into the shopping bag, we also have "previously viewed" and "people also bought" under every products so you can shop for a complete look and more shopping suggestions!

Is it possible to add more categories to New In for easier browsing?

- We have already added Lifestyle products to "new in" section, and we will continue to add more

Tried to make reservation for a pair of shoes but button does not work

- We noticed this as well and it happened to be a bug, we are now in the process of fixing it and should be ready in the coming weeks

Online instant chat should be provided, tracking of order not clear

- Live chat is already available, just follow the above instruction to chat with us customer service.

Lack a section to talk about all types of promotions & discount (beyond outlet) - say credit card promotions, payment promotions, brand promotions, etc.


- We always make sure our customers are aware of all our offers and promotions, so we always put our promotions on our homepage. Also, the scrolling bar on top of the page will also show the promotions we are running

It would be good to have subcategory under each department e.g. long sleeves, sleeveless, skirt, midi dresses, etc

- Unfortunately that is unavailable right now. However we will continue to work on improving the website and adding useful features

Maybe can add “All brands” in menu, also in the top slide bar. It would be easier when i just wanna check out what brands Kapok carries without searching from each category.

- We are now adding an "All Brand" as an option and should be available in our next update!

More styling samples? Rather than the brands' stock photos? I think Kapok being a reseller, should also be focusing more on how these fashions can be put together to show the overall ideology of why you guys sell these brands

- That is something we are working on and for now, you can browse our IG @kapok to browse more model shots and our styling ideas!
