Fraud Warning Disclaimer

It has come to our notice that unauthorized individuals or organizations are falsely using the “kapok” name in an attempt to fraudulently secure unlawful gain. Such fraudulent offers and claims are usually received via email, any form of text (such as whatsapp message, SMS etc) and even phone calls.

Please be aware that under this false pretense, they might try to gain access to your personal information or to acquire money or other valuables from you by offering prizes and/or freebies and/or any other benefit opportunities by claiming that they are contacting you on our behalf. 

Criminal and/or civil liabilities may arise from such actions and we will cooperate with competent law enforcement authorities for appropriate action whenever such phenomena occur. 

Please immediately notify Hong Kong Police via Anti-Scam hotline 18222 upon receiving a suspicious offer or invitation.

A: Our whatsapp messages will only be sent via our registered Hong Kong telephone number, which you can find in our website.

A: All followers in our social media such as IG, Facebook are our true friends and we never pay people to follow us.  In fact, we despise on buying followers.
